To get better service on Elobina, you must create an account for you. Here you will find your orders and can follow up your order. Personal information provided to Elobina is handled with great privacy. Your personal information is protected and will not be disclosed to other companies without your consent.
As a user, you must provide your correct identity, and you do not own the right to use the web service anonymously or under incorrect identity. Each user also has the right to register as a user only once.
In “My Account” you can always view your personal information. There you can also change your personal information and choose whether you want offers or not.
Temporary or permanent change of address must be changed immediately to “My Account” to ensure delivery without delay. Address change should always be done before new order to ensure delivery to the correct address.
All our fabrics and products are made to order. We always start with a white unprinted fabric.
Production begins when we receive your order. You can follow your delivery to “My Account”
Delivery time is 14-21 free days for Pigment fabrics and for Reactively printed fabrics 21-46 free days apply and for products 28-56 free days.
Excluding transport that is about 2-4 days free. Events beyond the control of elobinas such as; strike, lack of commodity supply, shipping loss from third-party freight companies or other external disturbances are not included in normal manufacturing time.
Unpatched deliveries are the customer’s responsibility and deliveries that have not been collected after 14 days after notification have been sent back to elobina. New delivery is made at the customer’s expense.
We use PayPal and Stripe.

International shipping fee is 15 euros within EU and 25 euros outside EU. The shipping fee depends on the destination country.
We always do our best to always send out all goods in perfect condition. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Customer Service at + 46 (0) 793 41 65 93 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint must be submitted as soon as you discover the error, no later than 15 working days after delivery from Elobina. Note! In order for a complaint to be valid, you should not have treated the product inadvertently and the error may not have arisen as a result of your behavior. The product must not be used.
In accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts outside Business Premises (DAL 2005: 59), the consumer generally has a right of withdrawal. If the distance contract refers to a product manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or has a clear personal touch, the consumer and the trader may cancel the right of withdrawal. As soon as you have confirmed your order, the production of your order can begin. Since all products in our product range are produced as unique personal products, you have no right of withdrawal or cancellation right on your order. Without your order there is no product but only white unprinted fabric. Once you have made your order, we will first print the fabric and then sew it according to your choice. If you have any problems with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
As regards other products such as fabric samples, the main rule and the consumer are entitled to withdraw a distance agreement by returning the goods to the trader within 14 days of the date of expiry. Deadline is the day the consumer receives the goods. You are entitled to check the item. If you subsequently regret the purchase and you have taken into consideration the above limitations for custom made products, after returning to our customer service, you can return the item in the original packaging if it is in a substantially unchanged condition. Elobina may deduct for impairment if the goods are returned in bad condition or may considered as used.

The images are stored without special charge for 60 days after which the images are deleted.
Images uploaded to elobina’s webpage can not be loaded back to the User’s computer. You must save backup copies to your digital image files.
As a user, you are solely responsible for the fact that uploaded images do not violate law, morality or ethics. You are responsible in the same way that uploaded image does not infringe on another’s copyright or other rights.
Elobina takes no responsibility for material stored on the web page. You do not own the right to reimbursement of stored material on the web site lost or damaged.
Information in the webshop
At Elobina, we always try to ensure correct information in our webshop. However, there may be errors and imperfections in information, texts, images, graphics and other materials. In such cases and to the extent permitted by law, we can not be held liable for damages arising from it, insofar as such damage is not the result of gross negligence or deliberate negligence on our part.
It is Elobina’s intention to reproduce the patterns and products available for sale as accurately as possible. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the colors in this webshop accurately reflect the patterns and product-based colors. The data is stored and used to enable us to fulfill our commitments towards you and better satisfy your needs as a customer and provide you with better service. The data is stored and used for information and marketing purposes. You may of course, at any time, inform us that you oppose the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. The information is only stored for as long as it must be in accordance with applicable laws unless you have approved the continued use of the information. In case you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be used for this purpose until you decide to unsubscribe.
Forwarding of Personal Information
Relevant personal information may be provided to transport companies or the like if this is necessary to deliver your goods. For handling of payments, relevant personal information is provided to our partners who handle payment solutions. All transfers of personal information are made through very secure data connections. Your personal information is not disclosed to anyone other than those mentioned above. Information is never disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
We protect our web site and other systems by means of technical and organizational arrangements against loss, damage, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your account is only possible through the use of your personal password. Application of law and dispute
These terms and conditions shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
Disputes regarding these terms or conditions regarding products and services from us shall be settled by the Swedish court. In case of dispute, we refer to ARN (General Complaints Board), we always follow ARN recommendations. Consumer purchases, which safeguard your interests as a customer, of course also apply when you shop with us.
